Our services

Our Boutique Catering company offers catering and personal chef service for these venue types up to 80 guests. Although we do not cater weddings, we can do wedding cakes or desserts. Contact us if you'd like to customize any of these options. 

 

CorporatE

breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, food and wine pairing (customer supplies alcohol), happy hour hors d'oeuvres, desserts, signature cocktails and snacks, holiday or themed parties, corporate retreats

Custom menu design: How does it work?

Book an appointment to discuss the event with the chef. The chef will design the menu. After a one on one consultation with the chef, your custom menu will be crafted and proposed with all necessary considerations and details in mind per client specifications. Base pricing starts at $25 per guest, $400 minimum. inquire for more specific pricing details with your customized menu.

How to plan an event with me

Contact me to verify availability and to schedule a meeting. We begin with an initial conversation where we establish the basic requirements for the event, the venue, the theme and the flavor profile desired. At this time we discuss menu ideas fitting that theme. Once we have established these details, I'll come up with recipes and a menu proposal for final approval. I always take into consideration the target budget, if applicable. Once the menu is approved, payment can be made by credit card through our online bill pay system or by check.

Pricing System

Basic Consult:  $50 for personalized menu drafting

Consult w/ Tasting:  $100 Consult + Tasting (single hors d'oeuvres or dessert tasting) + personalized menu drafting...

Terms of agreement: Agreed upon proposal + 50% upfront as deposit and remaining event amount is due 1 week prior to event.
